Do you send samples before I order?
Yes. Request a sample set on the roasters page and we will send samples with spec sheets and export documents.
What is the minimum order for green coffee?
All prices are in US dollars. See indicative prices on the coffee page. Final pricing and minimums are quoted per lot when you request samples.
How is each lot traced?
Every bag is traceable to a specific farm on the plateau, a specific harvest and a specific family's work. Lots are cupped at origin before we select them.
Where does the coffee come from?
The Bolaven Plateau, Champasak Province, southern Laos, at 1,000–1,350 metres. We buy direct from smallholder farms and the CPC cooperative.
Which varieties do you offer?
Arabica in Typica (washed) and Catimor (natural), with more varieties being added. See the coffee page for current lots.
Where do you ship?
Australia and the UK. Roasted coffee is roasted to order, within 48 hours of shipping.
Do you sell ground coffee?
No. Roasted coffee is sold as whole bean only.
How do I pay?
Bank deposit for now. Card payments are coming.
What is founding membership?
The first 100 members get 20% off their first three orders, free shipping for life, first access to new seasonal lots and weekly field notes from Paksong.
Can I subscribe?
Yes. Choose every 2, 4 or 6 weeks, 15% off the one-time price with free shipping. Skip, pause or cancel any time.
